:mad: I've made a big mistake and applied for capitalone classic card for 29%apr. Only that I was applying for the 0% for sep2007 one instead. I called them up and explained that I wanted to cancel that application which they kindly did. I got a letter stating that much just today, and so I thought I could reaply via the internet and ooops me it said I have written confirmation in 14 days time. I called them up and told them what had happened and then they told me that i have been declined. Its all my stupid fault I made to many application in a short space of time and so I have probably fallen foul to a bad credit score:mad: :mad: :mad: !!!i'm so furious with myself....!

Did they tell you it was because of that application - you may have not got it anyway due to other factors. Since you rang them wouldn't they have known about your situation?

Anyway, isn't it kind of funny that they call that card the CLASSIC one. I mean what's so classic about that APR?

Who cares about bad credit scores? They are good for you. They put you off borrowing. The whole country needs a 0 score!
