Joint Names On BT Bill

Hi,

Does anyone have joint names with there spouses on there BT account? Does customer service give you this option when signing up for BT or can it only be 1 person named on the bill?

    Hey Azimscot,

    When signing up to BT you can only have one name on the account which will be the account holder for the duration of your service with BT. Hope that helps.

    BT never cease to amaze..

    When I was signing up I was advised the following using online chat..
    ME: Is it possible to put 2 names on a phone bill?
    Josephine: You can have a joint BT account yes but in the order process you put in one name and once connected you can add the other bane
    Josephine: name
    ME: thanks!

    Just off the phone from a guy in India told me he has been working for BT for 2 years now and set up 2 account with both names on account and it appears on the bill with full names for e.g. Mr James Smith & Mrs Jenny Smith I hope he is right.
