I am looking to buy a 10kg washing machine and would really like some help. Have heard the new Hoover is good, but am finding it all very confussing as I shall have to buy without viewing due to location.

Quite simple - DON'T DO IT !!!!!!
The only true way of getting a larger capacity load is to have a commercial machine.
Its marketting rubbish about loads bigger than 7kg in a standard size washer.
Go for quality everytime rather than marketing B******!0 -
Ok, but I've been down the industrial machine route and had bad advice, how do I find out what the best machine for me is and as most of them cost £3000+ I can't afford to make a mistake.0

If its a commercial machine with a 10kg load then its simple - Miele, don't even think about anything else.
However, have you considered and do you have the space for 2 machines. It would give you the capacity you are looking for as well as give you 100% reliability!0
