how to change itunes podcasts?.......

hi,

i have downloaded the nike video podcasts from itunes and am wondering how i can change them into a format like .3gp or .mp4 to go onto my phone.

i have tried just putting them on my phone but i get an error saying something like it is protected.

i have heared that you can change itunes files into different file types but im not sure how?

any links to free programs that do this would be greatly appreciated

Videora will convert to .mp4

There's is also an option sometimes when you right-click a file in Itunes to 'Convert to Ipod' which i think will convert to mp4, but it's very slow and won't convert stuff that an Ipod can already use like .mov
