Anyone used TicketWizard successfully?

My son paid for tickets to see Michael McIntyre in Sheffield for tomorrow night through TicketWizard online in August. He received a confirmation letter but he still has no tickets. We have tried their tel.no 0845 544 0340 for the past 4 days, but it just says "your call cannot be connected". The letter says they are in Newcastle, Staffs Co.Reg.No. 06906319. We have also sent a few e-mails through their booking site requesting they contact us urgently, but still no joy. He paid on his credit card, but I am very annoyed if this is a scam on an honest young man who recently returned from Afghanistan and just wanted a light hearted night out. Any advice please on where to go from here, thanks.
