    Just wanted to let you know the outcome of my little predicament.
    Fair play to Natwest - they called first thing on Monday morning and advised that the money had been returned to our account. The statement says 'Bureau invalid'.
    Relieved isn't the word!
    So, thank you again to all who replied with some good advice. Really appreciate it!
