euphony customer services - how do I contact them?

I have been trying to contact Euphony customer services for the last 4-5 days and continually get the message that they are experiencing unusually high call volume no matter what time of day when I call.
I have tried 01256 857000 and the Broadband fault line on 0845 9000212. Neither ever answer? They also do not answer emails or messages left on their answerphone.
Also appears their back end systems are dead as I paid an outstanding amount on the internet but the payment has not been credited to my account?
Ofcom are not aware of any issues at this time.
Have they gone into Liquidation?
Does anyone have any contact details for Head Office?

Alternative Number FreePhone 0800 015 1930 mentioned on this site recently.0

Phoned that number and got through to someone who said "they had a purge on all account holders with outstanding balances" and they "temporarily" suspended the service.
As a result their call centre had been inundated with calls.
My service will now be restored but they appear to have some serious problems because they cannot find my CC payment which was made 2 days ago.
I guess if you take a "cheap" product you cannot expect a Rolls Royce Customer Service (but I would hope someone answers the phone)0 -
We're having problems reaching them in Eire too. - Have tried all the listed local and lo-call numbers for Ireland and UK. We recently sorted a double billing problem, by giving them ANOTHER sizeable payment only a fortnight ago on the understanding that the call was being recorded and that the payment was a temporary, holding measure, while "Victoria" in credit services traced our previous payment & it would then be refunded.
This morning they've taken 344.72€ from our up to date account & our package is only 31€and odd cents. - We've further, only been customers of theirs since last August so taking an amount equivalent to ten months is completely out of line.
We've now also tried the numbers above in this thread and kicked off an ombudsman's complaint, but in the short-term what do we do? This payment has wiped out our weeks money from my disability pension and pushed us over 120€ into an overdraft we don't have.0 -

The company currently appears to be in administration.

How did they take the money? By Direct Debit? If so, did they provide you with the required advance notice? If not, are you able to claim under the DD Guarantee from Eire?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -

If there is anything else suggesting they are in difficulty, please let us know.0 -
Most of the original company appears to have been transferred to another company, Euphony Telecommunications Limited which was only established in December 2009 (about the date the initial company was put into administration)
Euphony Telecommunications Limited is "an entity controlled by Giles Redpath, the Group's Chief Executive", so sounds like a deal that was done to avoid existing financial problems.

I would have hoped customers were made aware of this change as it would affect their terms & conditions of any pre-existing contract.

They are still operating. Try 01256 857 000 option 2 for a quick result.0
