  • Quite often threads just disappear and nobody is any the wiser as to whether or not an issue was resolved.

    However, quite a few people on here have had success with the BT Company Representatives and have been satisfied with the outcome.

    1st one sent 11th June subject line my account.

    Same mail forwarded again today.

    Just emailed the BT company representative due to shocking service over a house move. I'd much prefer a phone number to call - not an 0800 to india but a direct complaints line?

    No and i havent slept all weekend, i have never missed a paymeny in my life and now because of wrong, incompetiant advise from a bt member if staff i have . I have emailed several people and not one reply i even got a out of office friday for Shirley Mackie, which advised me that she was in today - i got home from work this eveining and no reply so i emailed her again and guess what shr has gone home for day!!!

    BT company representative still online 1 and a half hours later and no reply to my post or email,, I assume the same for gareth davies??

    I am not too sure why but we haven't received any emails from that email address in our queue. I can see however you've spoken to our chat team and I've been able to get your details from that, so I'll drop you a reply shortly.

    When you emailed our queue, did you get an acknowledgement email or anything like that?

    It's a good idea to edit your post and remove your email address, as anyone can view these forums!
