Powergen DD payments

Changed our bank a few months ago, as Powergen ignored written and telephone requests to move to new bank I eventually registered for online access to my account and changed the detail there, a couple of days after a payment. All details were accepted fine and when I check them online they show correct details and bank.

However, on the part to show previous payments, they show as taking £30 on the 15th of the month, yet checking on online banking, my new bank shows no sign of a payment around that date(or ever), and my previous account closed after the previous payment. The old bank or Powergen haven't advised of a failed payment from either source? Do I leave it and see what happens on this months payment, or just be grateful for a Powergen glitch last month?
