Yes, I sympathise. So many things can go wrong even with good intentions.
My mum unfortunately thought that with my sister living nearby, that’d be the best solution. However, what with being depressed, and with no experience of property at all, my sister hasn’t found it easy, and throws a hissy fit of phenomenal proportions if we dare to try to help.
People currently composing LPAs should seriously consider whether the attorneys named will actually be able to do the required jobs efficiently, or at least consider whether they have the humility to delegate or get assistance in carrying out the tasks.0 -
