Got exactly the same problem with a 4500 points that I'm still owed from taking out a Tesco Life Insurance policy late LAST YEAR. Wasn't in the last statement, but Tesco have promised they will be included in the May statement which should be popping through my door any day. Cannot say I'm too hopeful....0
