Redundancy - Company in Liquidation.

Options
Hi there, this is a bit complicated so i will try a be brief!!

I have been made redundant today after 9 years working for a building contractor. The company was originally a partnershipwhen i started then became a Limited company in 2004, to which i became the company secretary. In 2006, i then became a director with a 10% share. Am i entitled to redundancy / notice / holiday pay (i've had no hols this year) and last weeks wages with being a director? Will this go back until the partnership or from 2004?

Also, one of the other directors is now talking of starting up his own company and would like to employ myself and a few of our lads. Can he do this and can i work for him? Would this affect my redundancy / notice?

Thanks!!
