Rammstein standing tickets

As it's my birthday soon a few weeks ago I asked my mam to buy me tickets to Rammstein's UK tour next year, but said I was asking so early because I didn't know whether they'd sell out by then or not so to order them early. Despite reminding her a few times since then, she hasn't ordered any and when I checked earlier they've sold out.
Does anyone know any good reputable sites that will still have standing tickets for Manchester? I don't know which ticket sites are trustworthy or not and would be cautious of buying from a site I hadn't heard recommendations for. TIA

You might have better luck here.
Or try Scarlet Mist. At the top of the page select Sell or Buy then instead of clicking a letter to scroll the list press Ctrl + F enter Rammstein in the box and press next. If you don’t find anything this time try checking back every now and then.
You can also sign up to email alerts too. Just select the band that you wish to be notified about. The quickest way to find the band you wish to be notified about is - click on the first band or event noted on the list then press the letter of the first name of your band i.e. in your case R and keep pressing R until Rammstein comes up.
Good luck!0 -
Thought I'd better post this about Scarlet Mist as pointed out in Martin's Cheap Tickets article.
Scarlet Mist aims to fight back against touts by letting you buy and sell tickets for their face value. To check for tickets, just scan down the list of gigs; available tickets are highlighted in red. Remember, popular concerts go quick, so it's worth checking regularly.
Next, click to register your interest. The site will put you in touch with the seller to complete the transaction. Most people do the exchange in person, though it’s possible pay by ‘Escrow', where you pay money to the seller via a special account.
A word of caution, though: while Scarlet Mist sets you up with potential buyers, it’s really just like buying off a bloke in a pub, so use common sense. Ask to see the documentation that came with the ticket, such as the original receipt, envelope or 'stub', which shows the purchaser’s name and address.0 -
I would say, on scarlet mist, im sure they have next to the person advertising the tickets a checkbox as to whether they have provided proof of tickets or not to try and combat fraud. I know its not going to be foolproof but having lost £500 on reading tickets last year, every little bit of evidence helps!
Its also worth checking your local adtrader, and put up a request on your facebook status, you never know, someone you know may have a spare ticket and you havent even thought about asking them yet, sold a few of my tickets that way!10k in 2010 - £350.77 :beer:0 -
Hello Claire Bear
I'll move your thread to the 'Theatre, Concert & Events Tickets' board.

Thanks, I've signed up to email alerts on Scarlet Mist, didn't know that existed
There's a local forum I go on which usually has assorted gig tickets for sale, I'll ask nearer the time (next year) as that'll be when people have realised they can't go and sell probably.
Thanks Nile, didn't think this belonged there but couldn't figure out where it didD'you know, in 900 years of space and time, I've never met anyone who wasn't importantTaste The Rainbow :heartsmil0
