HBOS don't seem to have a clue what their doing. In my case anyway, this could be a general thing right enough! I have had letters from 3 different people regarding my complaint. All claiming to be Review Managers and yet, at least 2 of them totally contradict each other. So there's either a total lack of communication or just poor methods in how they follow up peoples cases. Not bothering to read other managers notes etc etc....

I'm half expecting another letter to appear next week from someone else saying "the investigation is still ongoing"
