Another 'what's this aftershave' question

Last Christmas, you lot managed to work out what aftershave I was trying to find, by description of the box and half a 'sounds like' name.
So now I have another one for you.
Found a silver lid off a man's aftershave bottle and it smells lovely. All I have to go on, is that it had a picture emblem thingy stamped on the top of the lid....it looked like a bit like a thistle (but whether it was or that was just my interpretation...who knows:D).
Any ideas?

Hi aliasojo,
Why don't you post a pic of it so someone might recognise it?
Good luck! :-)

Your best bet is to go to a website that sells aftershave, and see if you can recognise the logo, then narrow it down from there
Could it be Avon? Or is it more likely to be a designer brand?0 -
what shape was the lid?I know the rules of punctuation and grammer I just choose to ignore them (or forget them half the time)... Apologies in advance0

It wouldn't be Avon, most likely bought from Boots. The lid was silver in colour, smallish, (maybe 20mm high) and round..Herman - MP for all!

Thanks, but nope that's not it.

I've just been looking on websites but you cant see the top of the lids just the side of them and as there are loads of similar lids, I'm getting nowhere fast, lol.Herman - MP for all!
