Northern Rock PPI! Help Please!

Hi,

I have a problem i was wondering you lovely kind people could advise me with?
I have recently recived £781 back on my PPI taken with A&L :beer: and i am currently trying to help my mum and my partners mum reclaim on their policies as they are both poor with financial things and have both hit very hard times over the last few years.

My mums PPI is with northern rock and after sending template letter 1 they have resopnded saying that a "customer services rep will call to discuss this matter" also they have asked me to fill out a ridiculous questionaire all about the loan (etc what type, have we ever claimed on the PPI and do we have any seperate PPI's - basicly all the info the asked for when taking it out)

My first question is should they really be phoning my mum when this is usualy done via post and should i fill in the questionaire (im worried ill answer one question wrong and they will use it against me)

Also my partners mum has passed her loan over to a debt colection company to take over as she is really struggling. Can i still reclaim the massive PPI she has paid even if she isnt in charge of the loan at the moment?

Any help you could give will really really help!!

You can ask them to only correspond in writing if you like. You can fill in just part of the questionnaire or none of it and send it back saying they should already have all the information they need.

You can still reclaim PPI if it is with debt collection agency.
