Could you please tell me how to claim back from Black Horse, I am not sure how to go about it, plus all those fee they charged.

I had a loan with them since 2003- 2007 October

Hello and welcome.

If you were mis sold the PPI for any reason then you can reclaim, have you made a successful claim for example, sickness/unemployment etc?

If not then you can try to reclaim.

You write to them with your reasons you have for being mis sold, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, if they do not uphold/resolve in your favour, then you can take your complaint to the financial ombudsman service (FOS), if your not happy with the final outcome of your complaint.
They should also enclose the FOS details with the final response.

Do not worry about writing the amounts, and post by recorded delivery, for your proof of posting.
