Championship Manager on PSP problems

I got Champ Manager on my PSP last week but seem to be having some problems with it. When I put it in I had to upgrade my PSP to version 2.60 but the software was on the UMD so it did it fine. BUT it never seems to save my game data, it tells me it's saved it fine but when I go to load it it tells me corrupt data and I've lost everything I've done.
Not had any problems with other games or saving before. It is just the game or could it be the PSP (was originally an import)?

It could be a problem with your memory stick. It might be worth a try to re-format it. You will lose all your gamesaves on it when you do this so make sure you back them up onto your pc first!Fortune's always hiding, I've looked everywhere......0
