More of a moan thna anything else!

Im sick of HSBC dragging this claim out!

Ive had their 'final response' which also said that if i had any further evidence, then forward it to HSBC, which I did.

Now im being told i have to wait another 8 weeks (on top of the first 8 weeks i waited for their final 'response')

I know i could go to the FOS but im confident HSBC will settle this time - i just hate the waiting - but I know how long the FOS can take and I dont want to use that option until absolutely necessary

i got my letter from bank of scotland on 11th of sep telling me they are putting me back in a position had i not taken out the insurance bla bla bla.

Still waiting for my money, as far as the customer relations manager that dealt with my case can tell that redress aint even worked out my payment yet?

5 week as of tommorow. they have been real fast on my previous 2 claims from them but they are takin the mickey. somethin must be up.

it takes like 40 mins to do a spreadsheet for the payment, why they so sloooooooooooooooooow

Your closer to being sorted that me! if I know HSBC ill be waiting a good while longer!
