    Hi again!
    The listing does not mention the guttering at all, it mentions the sash windows, railings and roof and thats about it.
    Pretty sure the PVC guttering is replacing old PVC guttering,so does that mean we're o.k?
    Looked all over the web for advice on listed houses, but it doesn't give that much info for owners.

    Ratchy thank you so much for starting this thread, we are also planning to purchase a grade II listed building, also querying the windows. I am unsure where to go for advise. Thanks to all the help everybody has given I have already started following the links (may have tracted down my sister stolen slates - bonus) :D
