Life Decreasing Assurance

Hi there. More than 2 years ago my wife was diagnosed with M.S, and after looking at our decreasing life assurance policy, with critical illness cover, discovered that She was covered on the policy. We sent in a claims form to the Insurance company. Only for them to find a way out of not paying up, and cancelling our life…

I think it has all gone quiet.

I agree it looks like ND and most application forms have very clear warnings on that front.
