To all those people who've bought off Toys R Us this morning (me included!)

I've just spoken to Toys R Us and despite receiving a confirmation email there is no guarantee that your order will have gone through. They have a problem with their website and no orders are going through!!! Been told to ring back in a an hour when they hope to have it up and running again.

My TRU order crashed at the Visa Verify page so the bank declined the transaction. I've managed to get to the place order page on my little netbook but it says "please wait while we process you oder" for ages and then I get an error page. Can't even get to checkout on my main computer. :mad::mad::mad:

When i spoke to them yesterday they said they were listing today but it would be drip fed.

Same happened to me , but my card had been debited .... got the conf email + showed in my orders . Here's hoping they honour it .

Just hope it's not tomorrow. Can't cope with refreshing Character and Ticketmaster...

That's what happened to me as well, it is so frustrating :mad: I tried several times and got to the same stage with no joy.
