    TRU have taken the money but I've got no confirmation email and its not showing up in 'my orders'. Will they have to send it if they've taken the money?

    No, they could refund. But don't panic, the email could be delayed if their system's overloaded.

    Same here, debited money from Paypal but no confirmation and not showing in My Orders :confused:

    I saw my card had been debited , but it took almost half an hour to receive the email & for it to show in my transactions. Site seems to be down atm. Still time for you to receive confirmation.

    well i got through to the basket at TRU but alas no further....I only have an hour before i have to go to work again and i am spending it infront of this dam compter agin...this is becoming a bit of an obsession now lol!!
    I'm not sure who wants them more me or my kids lol!!
