Click on my name and then select previous posts - look at the ones I did yesterday morning and you'll find one that details how i managed to negotiate those text only type screens and red boxes etc etc.

A friend texted me and hadn't heard of them at all! I was gobsmacked! Doesn't the whole world and his mother know about them!

Also have been holding on the phone for boots. Got cut off twice then naughtily pressed for another department but got through to a nice woman. she not heard of them either! she said the toy department doesnt have a phone on the floor and nearest is the phone in the opticians department!

She kindly took my number and said she would go herself to look at the stockroom and speak to someone.

She just phoned back to say none in today but that they will be getting more in and to phone in every day.

oh well, i tried.
