I thought about taking my wedding certificate and driving licence but I have just realised my driving licence has our old address on it.
Are they really strict? will they let me have the parcel???
They're usually pretty good in my experience. Especially if you've go the slip telling you you've got something to collect xxxPlease remember to thank fellow MSE'rs :beer:0 -

Whenever I've had to pick anything up from royal mail they've just looked at the card they left and didn't ask for anything else. Citlink required a couple of things - like a utility bill and driving licence or passport.:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0 -

My old one in leigh on sea were strict. I have them redelivered here. Phone them first and ask to avoid going down there and getting upset if they won't give it to you.Went to the paper shop - it had blown away.0 -

they will accept anything with your correct surname on, something like a benefit letter, tax credits? child benefit letter or something like that with your current surname, or a utltity bill, if you arnt a regular at the sorting office, then i very much doubt they will let u take parcek without confirning your address if its a signed for delivery they are more strict about it, hope this helpsVery Proud owner of Patches, Chunk, Mr Squigges, Pipsqueak and Num Nums! 1 and a half Houses, slide, wheel, surfdome, skateboard, car & garage, 4 beds, and 1 carrier. :j:j

Locally to me, if you have a card they usually let you have it. Other than that, a utility bill with the address on usually serves the purpose.
