If JL enforce the limit, then they will be rejecting 60+% of orders based on what I saw this evening.

I see order value not basket contents, and where the value was a multiple of £9.95, then I admit that I am asuming that the order was hamster related given the ourchase window,

On that basis less than 40% ordered 1 Hamster. The other 60% didn't see or chose to ignore the limit.

I know it isn't entirely representative, but it is an eye opener

Ordered a house and was so excited on getting through checkout and receiving a confirmation number, but just received this email:

"Your order from Toys Games & Gifts with order number xxxxxx has been canceled. "

No explanation, nothing.... great. Anyone else had any luck?

well my JL order is now "processing".

Remember I asked for Saturday delivery, so would expect them to be dispatched tomorrow if I am getting them! I'll keep you all updated when it changes and how many I get sent! If I get sent two, then all of you should get yours too

I ordered a car/garage at Play last week - was at packed status and money taken - then this morning went back to awaiting stock - I phoned them and said that there wasn't any stock....so I asked for a refund and the order was cancelled. :-( .Lx

I dont think we will get the order from Play now pookle according to everyone on here and elsewhere they cant fulfill them. I dont know how to goabout cancelling either wish I hadnt done it now cos I got 4 hamsters at RRP without much bother, The order I made with Yorkshiretoys was delivered the next day really good service
