Hmm well I just rang JL in India (I think.....!)

I wanted to check what would happen with the order - he thought I said I wanted to cancel! NOOOOOO!!
He said the order "had gone through" and I would get the two! So I guess it's watch this space!
I wonder if JL have put the limit to discourage multiple buys, but their system isn't set up to reject them (as we found out!)

Please, please, please let me have the hamsters
 I love my gorgeous little girl
  • Just make sure you take your order number to JL. I forgot mine last time and had to rush to the Apple store to check my email

Right so I still need another hamster, a house and the rest of the gubbins.

Those with more than one child are you buying two of everything or making them share the house?

My two are going to be sharing the house and add ons but have a hamster each and if I can ever find them i'll get them a ball each...

Will ebay prices be a bit down cos everyone's watching the jungle???

Do JL debit on dispatch or there & then? I don't think they've taken the money yet for my two.

    JL:

Please note that acceptance of your order takes place when it leaves our warehouse, at which time your nominated account will be debited

So it debits your account when it leaves the warehouse

Has anyone collected from John Lewis without a printout? There t&C clearly say it must be produced.
My printer is broke. If I take ID and the order number, that should be enough surely? I can always show them the email on my phone!

I phoned customer services and they said I needed it. I had to forward the email to my dad to print out and go via his house to pick it up.
