Perhaps I'm being naive but I'm not expecting queues at TRU up here. Although there's not much stock here there also doesn't seem to be a lot of northern scots on the boards. Will see

quick question from a hamster newbie. does it matter which one I get? do i need to get more than one, do they interact or anything? I was just planning on getting one and a ball if I can but now wondering if I'm missing something

You don't need more than one but if you get more than one they will interact. Good luck getting a ball- I think we are all searching for one lol xxx

I'm from Paisley! sending daughters to breakfast club at school (8.30) then heading tp Govan. Husband going up for about half 8, need 2 so we going in seperate cars and ignoring each other!
Read on news release that everyone who queues will be issued with a token to buy one hamster. xxx

TRU in reading are saying to get there for when it opens but they say they have had loads of calls so wouldn't be surprised if there is a queue really early! Nightmare!

I am planning on popping into town after the school run and having a mooch around. Toys R Us, boots, tesco and argos are all in the retail park and its £2 for 2hrs. It would be tragic if I went to Toys r us first and meanwhile the stock was walking out boots, I could probably whip into John Lewis too??? Thats my plan for the morning, and a good one I think
