I've had that happen, I just went into the store told them the pretty much exact time I reserved at and which item, they can verify this on their system, and I got my house.

That's happened to me before, and when I've gone in to Argos they usually ask you what time the reservation was made or roughly what time, I've never had any problems - just explain you never got the email. good luck x

Hoping thats the case, have started questioning my preggo brain now :rotfl: did it actually say reserved?! im so bloody sure it did, cos i thought it would be gone by the time my jittering hands had worked the bloody mouse :rotfl: im gonna ring up first thing tomorrow morning and see if they can track it so i dont waste a journey :rolleyes:

Ok I ended up with two Mr Squiggles!! Daughter found him as she kept saying "I didn't see the go go pets mum, I didn't":rolleyes:
So cover story was it's for a friend's little girl at work! Wondered what her reaction would be so took it out the box and :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: The dog was wanting to play with it too!!!

She is now dying to get her own Mr Squiggles and little does she know she has the accessories too!! I also ended up with 2 of the houses and whilst my friend suggested I sell the 2 on ebay there is no way now! I will admit the hamster and house are for ME:o Best of it is I get to play with mine on xmas eve!!;):D:D:D

I'm sure it must have reserved it else it wouldnt have asked you for your email address. good luck, let us know how you get on.

just rang toys r us, gateshead metrocentre and they said they are only getting the hamsters in tomorrow no playsets etc , has any one else been told this about toys r us , cos dont think i will go if it is just the hamsters , knowing my luck they will have it all (wishfull thinking i know)
