    Keep trying!!!

I've just managed to get a hamster...

Once you've kept pressing F5 and eventually the page loads that you need and it says in stock, click to add to your basket. Then each stage thereafter, you'll find you only get so far then get page unavailable or whatever. Each time this happens use the browser back button on your IE top menu bar to go back to where you were last then try to move on again. Just keeping doing this for every part of the process and you'll eventually progress through the screens. At the points were you have a screen where there is just info down the left side, scroll down and you'll see red crosses. You just have to guess which one is the right one to click on for what you would do next (eg update, check out etc). When you get to the final payment screen, again you have to use guess work on what you have to fill in on certain fields and again keep using the back browser button if the next thing doesn't load. If you want to change the quantities ordered in the basket (when you are at that stage)change the number and again click on one of the red crosses that looks to be in the right place for the usual update button (if one isn't showing) then if it doesn't you just keep going back on your browser buttons and try again till it does. I know that all sounds a bit confusing, but I can't think of any other way to explain it!

i just need a car & garage, and have a pipsqueak spare, i purchased one from spain on ebay, reasonable priced, as it was included with a set which i havnt seen anywhere else. i then went to my local tesco and there were 2 hammies staring at me, a squiggles and pipsqueak, so i may have one spare, i have requested to become member on the ebay swappin group but still havent got accepted yet, as i am willing to swap my pipsqueak for a car and garage
Very Proud owner of Patches, Chunk, Mr Squigges, Pipsqueak and Num Nums! 1 and a half Houses, slide, wheel, surfdome, skateboard, car & garage, 4 beds, and 1 carrier. :j:j

The question is...........Will i ever find a hamster ball...!!!

i am not business minded but i do read the papers. I thought my kids would love these but as many will find out after christmas they will end up on a pile unplayed with. I cannot afford to buy in one go (which is why i thought the 3 for 2 was a good deal) and for your information i actually start my christmas shopping in JANUARY in the sales to make it cheaper for me and so my kids and my family actually get something to open. So i am deeply offended by your presumptions about me business minded and making a profit on it. I am a hard working mum that just thinks in advance as do many parents do in this area as we just cant afford to do it any other way!!!!!

I am sorry I didnt mean you were business minded, I was referring to the many business traders on ebay. You are just very forward thinking and I meant no offence. sorry.

I thinks its the sellers that are just private sellers buying tons of stuff and putting it on for hugh BIN prices that we all feel strongly against, not the regular person selling of a couple of bits on auctions.

I have no probs with auctions and if I cant buy or trade some of the bits I have for the house which is probably the main bit then I will probably resort to ebay too but at a 99p start

This is what I was trying to say, not saying someone who sold the odd bit is a rip off merchant. After all to me ebay is for you to sell off unwanted items.
Its the cynical rip off merchants who bought up as much as possible expressly to rip people off price wise.

In that case I retract my slightly bullish comment earlier!
