Right, i have emailed toysrus, asking why some stores will "put stock aside" and others refuse to, my toysrus refuses to put anything aside, which is useless for me as i live half and hour away. i will post back if i hear anything.

My TRU was allowing reserves so long as you picked up within a short time not left it all day long that was a week or two ago though so not sure on their policy now...

I really am gutted....not having anymore either so back to work forever now!! Though i have just applied for a new job so i can do term time only-fingers crossed i get a interview (will find out friday-then intervioew monday!!) Good luck with the little one when he/she arrives cooki. I can't believe my dd is 8 months old today....and getting around the house at great speed already!!

Our toys r us is exactly the same! they will never put anything aside for you even if you tell them you have the car keys in your hand and are setting off right this minute!! in fact you are lucky if they even answer the phone!!
