Ah, i've had another look and it is their price checker where they change the price according to their competitors I think to price match. When you click on the price checker tab you see:

Now that's a mystery because my site shows £19.97 still even after refreshing several times. I wonder if the system price checks locally and it can tell maybe from your computer's IP address where you are located???
