If anyone has registered, I can't work out how to remove a profile so the best thing you can do is log in to your account and click on change your details then just exchange all of your details for fictitious ones

Luckily I am not registered with this site. The fact that this is the second site to have had this probelm this week is very worrying!!

I'm registered with the site but am also registered with Character and it happened this week on their site too, I think someone e-mailed them about the problem but not sure what the outcome of that was.

The hunt for Hamsters get more and more difficult now if we can't post links and give out information on where is getting stock, maybe it's easier/safer to stick to looking in the shops, in fact I've seen more in the shops this week than online.

the problem is that some of live in the armpit of the uk.
my nearest toysrus is 40 miles, no sainsburys, no john lewis.
we have argos and a tesco with no go go.

need to buy online!!!!

Please can everyone who has made reference to the issue we have identified please go into their posts, click on edit, then delete, we do not want to draw attention to this issue.

Nobody has responded to my question about how we can get a post removed when the member is offline so I have sent an e mail to the MSE abuse e mail address and explained why we need that particular post removed urgently. I got a standard we'll get back to you reply so there is nothing else I can do.

Maximouse I think thats the best you can do as all the grabbit board guides are offline at the moment. Have you sent the poster a PM just in case she logs in and might be worth PM'ing a board guide too just in the hope of catching someone soon, just tell them the post number as the thread is so huge x

Most of the time it seems that people don't read back too far so hopefully they won't see it. Not sure if people deleted their posts the other day when it happened so what do we do about posting then as next time a company lists stock the same thing might happen.

How do I contact a board guide please i can't see a link? I sent a PM to the person in question straight away so hopefully he/she will log in in the morning. What a nightmare.
