When in stock you can see it says in stock - otherwise you just get the header and picture of the item. If it says 1-2 weeks delivery or more then they do not have it.

woo hoo chunk was welcomed in to our household this morning!! my son did see him mr calls him snow snow and he calls all the go go hamster things go go samsters!!!! it's so cute!!!

anyway i'm asking for help again guys

Have just recieved my confimation email for the surf boad....lets hope i get it!!

Upon checking my emails it seems the other day when character listed hamsters..when it went loopy... i couldn't get my order to go through for two hamsters then removed from my basket. Managed to get one later on which went through on my account. There was a 4.99 charge on character with no order details...it's still there, showing 4.99.
So i emailed customer service and have just recieved a reply saying i placed an order for 2 hamsters and it had gone through without my knowledge!!!

When i recieved my despatch email from character it said 2 orders dispatched.

It seems i now have 3 hamsters...and according to them will be delivered today. Now i need to check my bank account to see if the money has been taken out.

So to all of you who couldn't get past checkout the other day do check your emails .......you never know!!!!

Im after one too emmab, but a lot of the sites dont seem to do them and the ones that do have been out of stock for ages!

Hi All im new here been lurking for a few days i have chunk and the car which someone wa taking back in toys r uys as they had two ! trying to get the fun house keep missing out as by the time iveregisted on the sight they are oos so guess a tip is to register on the usual suspects sights ?

They had all the hamsters apart from Mr Squiggles in Asda in Lower Earley yesterday, and a great selection of beds and carriers in Toys r us in Reading. Its worth trying those two.
