Why do Play show them as in stock from time to time then. Seems a bit misleading - like they just want to get you to order!

I managed to get the hamsters weeks ago, but the one thing I want is the damn ball....
  • BTW - checked in TJ Hughes as well - Bootle and St Helens don't have any stock allocation. They were the only 2 stores showing on her system.
  • Does anyone know what these are like on carpet? I know it's a stupid question

  • With regards to Smyths toyshop they were showing as being in stock at Rayleigh Weir but when my dad went down there they had none and staff told him, they will not take pre orders and can't say whether any more are due in but to check in every day next week!

He also tried Toys N Tuck in Rayleigh and they said the same thing.
Went to the paper shop - it had blown away.

    I have just phoned play.com.

Go Go hamsters will NOT be in stock until 28 days time.

They WILL be delivered in time for Christmas.

Your money will NOT be taken until 28 days time although you have made an order now.

This is what I made the woman repeat several times, especially the 'in time for Christmas' bit!

I hope they are true to their word. Well, her word!

Well done, i couldnt get a sensible answer this morning. I'm going to keep hunting for a Chunk and then cancel my play order if I find him, unless of course it says 'packing' then I'm sure I could find another home for him ;)

Num nums has now been removed from play...which supports my theory that they are selling all current stock, taking orders for what they are expecting, and are removing the Go Go product once they reach the limit of these orders. Hence, anything left on the site wouldn't be on there if they weren't going to be listing stock - may be they are drip feeding over the next few days.
:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:
