I managed to order a playhouse yesterday from Tesco and it said delivery today between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm. Just got an email to say that delivery will be tomorrow now - anyone had the same? Thanks

Cannot believe that I ended up arguing in Asda this morning over these sodding things, I saw 3 playsets on the shelves all priced up as £14.97 slashed through and marked down to £9.97 wording was Go Go Hamster Playsets my friend from the school was desperate so I grabbed all 3 (already have mine) took to self checkout and they all scanned as £14.97, so I called a sales assistant over, explained the markdown, she went off to get someone else, whom said nope they were still full price as the barcodes dont match, she said the reduced ones are different playsets!!!!! so I asked her which playsets as there was only the ones I had in my basket, she said she didnt know but it definately was not those. I made her call the Manager whom said the same thing. I was desperately trying to point out that there was only the 3 playsets, plus the beds, carriers, ball, surf, skateboard blah blah, she said that "there must be others" arghhhh.

Anyway I paid £14.97 each for them cursing under my breath - she then said "I wouldnt pay that for them" I said my friend was desperate for them as her little girl had made it clear she wanted them as her main present, she said "I give my grandkids everything they want, I spoil them, but I still wouldnt pay that for those", I said "well you obviously dont give them everything they want then do you? picked up my bags and walked off - stupid women!!!

Anyway, Toys R Us in Basildon have now removed all traces of Go Go Hamsters, no price cards, no empty shelves!

Am awaiting order from Tesco (not hamsters!) they have delayed mine by a day too. Lots of posts yesterday about delayed Tesco orders - I think it's general trouble at the warehouse rather than with the hamster stuff...probably a result of their 3 for 2 on toys at the weekend.

I am still p**ed off. i got the house in my basket on character but the site was so erratic i lost it and mr s before i could pay. also ordered my hammies from world wide shopping mall in frustration and then of course finally managed to get through on character so now ill have to wait and see if i get 6! how do you lot stay sane this is the first full day i have committed to this and i am now crazy.
