How annoying...!!
Got a pipsqueak in my by basket from character online at about 2.30.

Tried to check out and pay every few minutes.. with the unavailable error at various stages along the way. After 3 hours trying finally got my card details entered a few minutes ago. Only to get an error saying my basket was empty.

So back to square one.

I don't know but I ordered from there last week and received my order within 2 days, and only got charged once.

Been on character website all afternoon, finally got to putting card details in and it won't process them. must have typed details in at least 20 times but item is still in basket! Is it worth carrying on or shall I give up? Really frustrated now!

Apparently Wilkinsons aer expectin 2000 hamsters in for their UK stores, that not much is it???

KTT, Keep trying....i managed to get two in my basket at 3.00pm but tried checking out and it wouldn't go though. By 4.30 both dissappeared from my basket and were showing out of stock. 5pm i looked again and pipsqueak was back in stock so added it and tried to pay eventually went through at 5.30pm...so if its still showing in your basket keep trying.

Also i have a £4.99 charge showing up from the first time i tried to order but never actually got anything as payment wouldn't go through, am now trying to contact character to make sure they don't take this payment

There are houses, balls, wheels and hamsters in wilkinsons in slough as of 3pm today!
Sadly the only hamster missing is mr squiggles or whatever his name is, as it is he who I'm after!!!

balls in slough? Nowhere near Kent, you should have bought it all in wilkinsons such a rarity in my one:rolleyes:

my wilko was full the other day, i dont know whats happened in the last few days but the prices have shot up on ebay and no hamsters to be found...i would have bought in advance if i knew they were going to sell out, i thought i had ages to do my xmas shopping...now im worried i wont get anything....hamsters were selling for £12-15 just a few days ago on ebay and now avereging 25...seems crazy, my mum said that on tv somebody said there was a toy shortage this year due to manfacturing? ...? panic buy? lol
