Hi everyone,

I thought I'd give you a bit of light relief in the midst of this buying frenzy. I received my order from Character Online yesterday, including Num Nums. I pressed her nose a few times (just to check she was working OK you understand) then put everything away on a shelf in the top of the wardrobe.
Just as I was dropping off to sleep last night I heard a squeaking sound coming from the wardrobe, followed a time later by various other noises. Num Nums had come to life! I got out of bed and moved the box, thinking it would solve the problem, and went back to bed. A few minutes later the noises started again! I took the box out the wardrobe, and this time put it under my bed. Still more noises! I thought I might have to take Num Nums out of her box and remove the batteries, but eventually, at 12.30am after pressing her nose and head a few times she stopped her squeaking, hamster rage was avoided and I could get back to sleep! :T I'm just glad she didn't start making her noises whilst my DD was around, otherwise the cat (or hamster) would have been out of the bag. :eek:

By the way, I went to collect my Mr Squiggles and Aqua bed/blanket from the nice people at Hooray for Toys this morning (I live near Lancaster), and saw all of your orders waiting to be depatched. They said they had had 200 orders in 45 minutes.

I am not Irene Brew though. I also live on the other side of the country! I wonder how many other people are getting other people's details appearing on their pcs. It is very scary.
