I have been reading a few posts re hamsters not working. I had 2 delivered last week.. both did not work. Once I (carefully) took it out of the box and put new batteries in them, they worked fine. I have to wonder how the batteries ran out so quickly, its not like they were left on the shelves!

I got a num nums and mr squiggles. num nums was faulty, when you pressed his button on his back he made noises but his wheels just wouldnt turn. so I'm now having to return him - nightmare. I'm so glad I checked them both though, as my little girl would have been gutted on xmas morning to find her hammie didnt work.

i don't know if its any use to anyone but peterhead have been showing hamsters in stock for collection in argos for quite a while.

i managed to reserve 2 hamsters yesterday, quite pleased however it seem more difficult to track down the accessories, anybody know anywhere in North East? Near Dundee?

i reserved a car yday but was at irvine ayrshire.............but theres hope so keep trying:D
