So do you not think she's too young?, i just know my eldest daughter will get annoyed with her because she will almost definately be trying to take over - she has already claimed her dolls house as her own! I think it will save loads of argument if they both have their own. Not going to town & buying everthing for DD2 though. It's costing me a fortune!

I'm sure whoever you buy it for, the other will be all over it anyway :rotfl:

  • Just out of curiosity, how old are everyones children that you're buying these for? Only asking because i am buying for my 7 year old daughter but got a spare hamster & carrier for my youngest daughter (2 in Jan) which i know she will ove. Will she be to young for the house, car & slide as i picked these up in TRU before my delivery came (i wasn't very hopeful of it arriving) so i was going to save these & give them her for her birthday. i know it says age 4+ but she never palys with her own toys & ALWAYS wants what her older sister has.

My DS is 7 (just) and my DD 5
I would think your youngest DD will be ok - they look like fun for all ages :D

  • Has anyone heard of or used rassad.com?
Never heard of them. Did you order anything? It says there is no shipping method for my address so i cant proceed with order.

For example, i've done the ebay calculator for a fictitious sale (not I'm not selling it), and if i listed the whole lot as a bundle (which would be 10 items - just one of the hamsters) that would have cost me around £114.90 without any postage I may have paid for delivery. If I then listed the bundle for say £150 on a 'buy it now', I would make £23.50. Then take out the cost I may have paid for posting of the original items to me (cud be £4 or more if it was more than one order), the cost of the packaging materials, the time I have invested in it, and the cost of petrol taking it to the post office, then there wouldn't be much left over that could be classed as profit. Just thought those who are not familiar with ebay would find this interesting.

I haven't seen too many whole sets on ebay - saw one yesterday that was buy it now but £250

Think most ebayers are selling single items on auction - I would imagine next month in the run up to christmas if the stock becomes more scarce the price you will get on auction for single items will be quite significant - especially the ball!

It will be interesting to see if it sells. As character-online said they were going to list the ball, skateboard and surfboard on 19/11 that might dilute the prices a bit if they have a large stock of them.

Yes it may dilute prices - however I think possibly once that stock is gone and people realise they can't get hold of them they may go back up again.

    Will see I guess

I know someone who has an ebay shop and is holding out till December to list the Go Go stuff so will be interested to see what sort of prices it reaches (it's not me btw ;))

You think that's bad, OMG someone has listed 4 hamsters, 4 carriers and 4 beds for £140!!!

Pity I'd told all the kids parents what I'd got them for Xmas or I'd be frantically unwrapping them as I speak :rotfl:
