Argos in my area never has anything been checking for ages.
  • When ordering from TRU on line you can 1 order of each item which is in stock. Which includes 1 of each type of hamster. It is different when you go to the store, queue and are given raffle tickets.

Be careful when ordering online though - the more time you spend trying to get the items in your basket the more likely it is they will be removed before paying - Just get what you are desperate for!!
  • For anyone in Glasgow the Argos at Partick is showing as having more than 5 hamsters in stock
  • Are you really sure? I mean one of the yellow plastic parts thats actually attached to the hamster on the bottom in front of the wheel not the black tabs that held it in packaging? It looks like it might be to align it when using the accessories etc?

Can anyone help? Don't want to have to return it if I don't need too. It is actually a part on the bottom of the hamster thats snapped off - its on pipsqueak and is a little yellow plastic bit that sticks out below the wheel. Really appreciate any help!

Thats what i did this morning, i had the ball page open kept refreshing and when i got one in the basket i paid straight away, i then left it a few minutes and went back and saw the houses were still in stock so thought id try my luck and it let me checkout again, i then went to get something else, cant even remember but it was taken out of my basket before i got to pay.

But i was more than happy with what i got as i was sure i wouldnt even get a ball, let alone a ball and house.

Looking back at the last few pages it seems to me your children have only asked for one or two things yet your getting loads for your own purposes. Some of your children haven't even asked for them i'd hazard a guess. It's just to impress others on xmas day. Look what I got etc. I god them all.

Surely what we decide to buy our children for christmas is our own business and not yours?????

Does the skateboard need the u turn to work ? I have just got this but have the house too.

I only tried the skateboard, i didn't take the u turn out of the box. I haven't tried anything else as my mam is hiding them for me til xmas eve. ;) The skateboard was working with the hamster on it in the kitchen but wouldn't go at all on carpet. I'm a bit disheartened to be honest. It was quite noisy aswell.
