Playsets are the ball, surfboard and skateboard. When I spoke to them after they listed them a couple of weeks ago, they had taken around 200 orders that they did not have stock for and so were 'pre orders'. The above e mail was sent out today to anyone who had clicked on the email me when back in stock link. I had done this for the playsets, houses, beds, and hamsters as well so i could post to the forum if they came back in stock. I have not as yet received an e mail advising about the status of the other items, so the other person who posted info about hamsters coming in may well be correct.

TRU Ipswich last week, I was there at 6.30am on the saturday and 9.30am on the sunday..... it was manic!

Have avoided it this week as I just cant be bothered with it anymore! Only want a wheel and carriers, and they dont seem to be getting those in so refuse to waste my time!!! (And I was sooooo grumpy last weekend because I was soooo tired!)

Be patient with your reservation email, i reserved 2 hamsters last night at 7pm and didnt get an email but took a screen shot of the reservation number cos i couldnt find a pen.

The email finally came at 12.07am this morning.

So it should come through eventually.

I collected my hamster this afternoon.

I always ask for the reservation number to be text to my mobile and I've never had any delays using that service. I used to write the codes down but they would end up lost, somewhere in my handbag with the most random things.

Would definitely recommend the 'text the reservation number to your mobile' I've always found it really quick
