I'm in the Stockport area and I've been buying everything online. My friend went to the Stockport TRU this morning and managed to get a hammie and a ball....Something like 30 hammies, maybe 8 balls, a few other pieces and several houses, but not much. They should be having more tomorrow by 9.30am I believe. I also understand the Tescos in the area got a bit fed up with all the phonecalls re: the hammies so they are saying they aren't getting anything in, but who knows how true that is.

I am all annoyed with myself!!! I have cracked open the christmas quality street!!! Thought the strawberry delights would help with the hamsteritis!!!

Has anyone used the Argos text reserve service? Not sure if it is worth it as these are sold out as fast as they go in.

Drivethrough MCdonalds at 8.00am. Quick check at Asda (nothing there) and then sat in TRU carpark from 8.20am til 9.00am reading paper. Straight in first in queue and managed to pick up a ball - lovely.

:j wow, that is some going !!! Which TRU was that if you don't mind me asking ? People were queueing at ours from 7am so I'm currently trying to persuade hubby to go into work late so I can go queue

I went to the stockport TRU last weekend and got a hammie but yes like you I have had to resort to buying everything online too!! Just wondered why none of the argos's ever have any in round here or none of the tescos ever have any on the shelves like the other posters on this thread!!!

I only need carriers/beds now, how about you?
