I have bought them all to sell on ebay as that is how I make my money.
I do this every year with the hard to find items and have made a decent profit. I sell all year round and sometimes items do not sell well, but on the whole I do very well out of it.
I spend a hell of a lot of time sourcing my items to sell, and a lot more phone calls and petrol - but usually it pays off.
I do not feel any guilt about my job - in fact quite the opposite, as I am doing a lot of people a favour.
I will continue to earn as much money as I can from doing this.
What I am getting at is that if all you moaners did as much as I do to get stock and didn't spend your time complaining about others you may well have gotten everything you need.

Its a small world... With the help of this thread I too have amassed an emporium of hamsters and there accessories! I didnt think they would be easy to find but low and behold if you actually get out of your chair and make some phone calls you can get as many as you want! I have made a small fortune in this past week from all things hamster related... I'm thinking a well earned beach break in the Costa Del Sol is deserved after all my hard work. I might as well now I have made enough money.
It makes me smile to think of all the happy faces on Chistmas morning down to me providing busy moms and dads with an easy way to get their go go's. After all it's them that have bid on them!

I have completed my search now too, still need a wheel and slide but will wait till the new year. Still on this thread though

how's the hamster hunting going ?

I've had a quick read through some of the pages but don't have time to go through all the updates since last night.

I went to TRU this morning but it was a wasted trip, by the time I got there all the accessories had gone but I could have had 2 hamsters ... decided to leave those for someone else who is currently hunting.

I have spent the day ringing round and driving round and I'm exhausted, I just want a ball !! Have spoken to TRU who are now saying they are just getting hamsters tomorrow :mad: I don't know whether to believe them or not. Called John Lewis who said they are getting no more stock now til after xmas and YTC aren't replying to any of my emails :mad:

Hope others have had some success today
