Hamsters at Hull - St Stephens. Reserve now!
Edit - Argos (if not obvious):heart2:I have a child with autism.:heart2:0 -
I didn't even know that these hamsters existed until 8 days ago. Since then i have amassed
15 assorted hamsters
7 houses
5 balls
2 cars
3 surfboards
5 skateboards
I have bought them all to sell on ebay as that is how I make my money.
I do this every year with the hard to find items and have made a decent profit. I sell all year round and sometimes items do not sell well, but on the whole I do very well out of it.
I spend a hell of a lot of time sourcing my items to sell, and a lot more phone calls and petrol - but usually it pays off.
I do not feel any guilt about my job - in fact quite the opposite, as I am doing a lot of people a favour.
I will continue to earn as much money as I can from doing this.
What I am getting at is that if all you moaners did as much as I do to get stock and didn't spend your time complaining about others you may well have gotten everything you need.0 -
Amazon - gone0

Here's some economics. Get a doubler of something you have. Sell it on ebay and the price you get will probably be equal to something you want. EG if you have a spare hamster, you sell it and you can get a ball using the price you sold it for.
But don't tell me, ebay is the devil etc etc.0 -

Have just come in and read the last few pages and debated to myself whether to reply or not. I really don't want to start an argument, but since so many of you have been off investigating it seems I need to say something in my 'defence'.
Firstly can I say that I most definitely have not sold any item bought from someone on here on ebay. I have only got 1 item from someone on here and that was for a friend's wedding. She got it from me at the price I paid.
Secondly I have also sent items to people on here, but by PM as we are supposed to be doing it. I have also sent items to multiple people on two other forums, helped out my hairdresser and 11 different parents at school. This is actually why I have excess items, because I was constantly being asked for things. It then began to tail off and TBH I began to get fed up with being people's personal shopper, and I listed them on ebay. Everything I have listed has been started at 99p, and has more than reasonable postage.
I am an honourable person, I have a high 100% feedback and I have never scammed anybody. Perhaps I have done the wrong thing in answering this but I hate to think of people thinking badly of me and couldn't just say nothing.
I have no wish to enter a great debate so I'll just bow out now. I wish you all luck.0 -
