What did you order zoesunshine? I was order number 10006 and got my confirmation email at 16.21. When I got the call last night at 9.45pm the hamster I had ordered was still available but not the skateboard. It may be that if you only ordered a hamster you have been lucky? Hope this helps! If you're still worried why not give them a ring? He was lovely on the phone.

I'm in exactly the same position, no email, no call, no update on order status! Would just rather know what's happening so I can try for another ball elsewhere if one crops up - I don't want to be buying loads of stuff when others are desperate for it too.

I believe the person posted having bought some and was stung for customs charge or something. I agree, it does seem odd!

hey, just been down at tru forge retail park glasgow, was in gettin christmas tags when i thought i would ask about the hamsters, apparently they had a delivery of hamsters and accessories in this morn and they sold out in 20mins (house, ball, car, hamsters) she said they are expecting another delivery in again tomorrow so if anyone is needing anything then to go there for 9am. she did say there was a queu from about 8 but apparently everyone got at least something.

Has anyone had any luck today with the ball or house still looking but not getting anywhere. Think I might have to give up its doing my head in and work is falling behin!

I think it was £105ish? anyway, I think a lot of people have said some hammies are going for £25 each, so although we are amazed a people getting these sorts of amounts for 4, I suppose they are only getting the same as the individually sold items, just in one go.

So at some point during my day off TRU Coventry decided they would put some hamsters on sale instead of waiting until the weekend. Typical. I think more go on sale tomorrow morning (usually a queue at 9) and some on Saturday. Not many on the delivery today. I also missed the team briefing as I was running late. I'm sure they are on Fri & Sat. Call the store before you make any mega journey for them. If they are on sale Sat then the store probably opens at 6 sommat?
