Cuddly just spoke to them they have been inundated with orders, trying to be fair to everyone but there are 4 of them with lists, the man I spoke to had no record of my name etc, he reckons the other person has it so he will ring back with the details of what I get, no ball, will cancel because the delivery charge and the VAT make it expensive if you don't get what you ordered, told him that, he seemed very stressed poor man and very helpful, you have to feel sorry for him:rolleyes: they never expected anything like it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Without trawling through all last night's posts......looks like I'm not the only one who had the dreaded call from the very nice man at Cuddy's letting me know that there was a crash on their stock server yesterday afternoon (wonder how that happened lol). Oh well......got to work to find that my boots house had been despatched this morning so at least I will get that :-).....not all bad...

they have just come in start at 9am and they are infront of the pc screen with the lists of names etc to ring but they are completely overwhelmed with it all and have drafted in more people to go through the lists so that the customers can be told what they are getting or not, he is trying to be fair but there is not enough stock for the amount of orders

Just a thought - How can TRU list online today if there are certain people who didn't get their orders honoured yesterday?? Or was that just because the system crashed at checkout???

Was quite amusing at school this morning....everyone wanting to drop the kids off and run to TRU and of course the school was being very slow in opening the doors!!!! First time I heard any parents talking about the hammies and it was nice to hear in person that I'm not the only crazed lunatic running around!
