If you haven't received your confirmation e mail, check your e mail SPAM FOLDER as it could be that you have received a confirmation and your system has placed it in there. Just a thought anyway.

Just checked.. still nothing.
Will call them tomorrow to check, if I haven't got confirmation by the morning.

I'm guessing they're fairly busy though!

I've been watching this thread all day but have just had to register so I can say again what fantastic service Mr Cuddy has been giving this evening. I have just had my phonecall to say no ball but he was so lovely and even let me change the hamster I ordered as in my excitement I had ordered a NumNum for my son. Don't think he would be too impressed with the heart on the back - doh!! It was no problem for him to change the order even at this time of night. A Chunk is now on it's way. Well done Cuddys!

Apparently they are a department store who will be expanding their range over the next few months. Well worth book marking his site if you value good service. 10/10
