I'vve still not had a call from Mr Cuddy. I ordered at 16:19. I guess im right at the bottom of the list. i don't even remember putting my phone number on to be fair.. But 300 orders? Just how many people were watching this thread when OP posted the info.. Amazing really!

What a lovely man Mr Cuddy is, I do feel sorry for him though having to ring round everyone, the poor man probably had visions this morning of a nice evening at home, watching football on TV having a nice rest after a stressful day in the Shop and now he's having to ring around hundreds of people saying the sad news that there are no balls.

I really feel like doing something nice for him or at least sending him £1 to cover the cost of the phone call - bless him!!

I agree, poor man1 I wonder what his job is? Does he own the store or just work for them do you think? I think I'll send an email tomorrow to thank them for how they (Mr cuddy!) handled this!

Mine only says order received on the site.. in all fairness I'm sure it won't be processed or shipped yet!

Just keep an eye on your emails?

I'm guessing Mr Cuddy owns Cuddys - or it's a massive coincidence that he happens to work there :-)
