I had an email at 16.07 no phone call yet so I doubt my order has gone also.

Can i just say, if you think you have found a website and you want to order, but are not 100%, the best thing to do (apart from not order) is use a credit card. You are protected better using a credit card, than a debit card, and are more likely to get your money back.
